Returns and refunds

Each piece is handmade and unique, so returns are only accepted if there is an issue or if the item does not arrive as described.

If you are not fully satisfied, you may contact me within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns must be made in original condition. Refunds apply to the item cost only (shipping is non-refundable), and return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

If a piece arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me so we can resolve it together.
