Shipping and delivery

Each piece is born by hand, slowly and intentionally, carrying its own imperfections as part of its soul.

If something feels wrong with your order, please reach out by email. I will always try to find a fair way forward. Every creation is wrapped with care and intention, so it can travel safely into your hands.

Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving your piece if it does not feel right to you. Items must come back in their original condition. Refunds cover the item only (shipping is not refundable), and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Once a piece leaves my hands, its journey is no longer within my control. I cannot be responsible for delays, loss, or damage during transit, but I always make sure each parcel is securely and carefully prepared.

Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are beyond my control and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Payments are accepted via PayPal. Reserved pieces are held for one week unless otherwise arranged. If more time is needed, please let me know—otherwise the piece may return to silence and be released again.

Orders are usually sent within 3–7 business days after payment, allowing each piece the time it needs to be prepared and safely packaged.

All pieces are sent worldwide through Hellenic Postal Services via registered mail, requiring a signature upon arrival. If you are not there to receive it, it will wait for you at your local post office.

Greece: 3–4 working days
Europe: 5–10 working days
International: 10–20 working days

I retain the rights to all creations, including the use of images of sold works as part of my ongoing artistic archive.
